How to Pin Apps to the Taskbar

Pin an Application from the Start Menu

1. Select the Start button.
2. Locate the application you want to pin.
   1. You can also search for the app you want by typing in the search box
3. Right-click the application.
4. Click Pin to taskbar.

The application icon will now appear on your taskbar for easy access.

Pin an Application While It's Open

1. Open the application you want to pin.
2. Locate the application's icon on the taskbar.
3. Right-click the icon.
4. Select Pin to taskbar.

The icon will remain on the taskbar even after the application is closed.

Unpin an Application from the Taskbar

1. Locate the application icon on the taskbar.
2. Right-click the icon.
3. Select Unpin from taskbar.

The icon will be removed from the taskbar, but the application will remain installed on your computer.

Rearrange Taskbar Icons

To change the order of your pinned applications:

1. Click and hold the application icon on the taskbar.
2. Drag the icon to the desired location.
3. Release the mouse button to place it.
